It is with sincere gratitude that Midwest Special Needs Trust announces the retirement of its Executive Director Kathy Birkes.  Kathy will be retiring effective February 4, 2023.  We are indebted to her as her vision, firm commitment, and passionate drive have propelled the organization to new heights.  Her leadership and loyal service will never be forgotten.  Muitas felicidades, Kathy!
