Bianca Farr has a passionate and long-standing history of serving individuals and families with disabilities. Bianca developed her skills in this area at the University of Missouri- Columbia graduating with a BA in Psychology and a Master’s in Social Work. After graduating Bianca focused on a career driven path to enhance the quality of life for people of all abilities. Bianca brings over 22 years in state government as a mental health professional including policy development for behavioral health programs. Before joining Midwest Special Needs Trust she served as the Director of Employment Services.
